CALL TO ACTION: Never Forget That the GOP Voted to Kill Baby Animals

Never lose your outrage over the Republican Senate's vote to allow the despicable practices set forth in House Joint Resolution 69. Because of this resolution, killing mother bears and their cubs, killing wolves during denning season, baiting grizzly bears to shoot at point blank range and more can not be permitted on National Wildlife Refuges in Alaska.

We were not able to stop this resolution from passing but we can work to make sure that similar rules are not permitted on other National Wildlife Refuges by continuing to shame those Senators who voted for this law.

If your Senator is a Republican, he or she voted for this atrocity. (Georgia Senator Isakson did not vote).

CALL, EMAIL, RESISTBOT YOUR GOP SENATORS:

Contact information for all Senators is HERE. Let him or her know how you feel or simply use the following script:

I will never forget that you voted to allow inhumane killing of animals on our national wildlife refuges in Alaska. I vote and will make sure to keep this in mind during the next election.

  1. These despicable men should be shouted out of office, banned from any kind of legislation, they obviously don't know anything about conservation and the importance of wildlife. And please do not allow them to have guns! Shameful men!
